    A shadow is something that is not consistent. it changes with change in the source of light, its position and also depends on the position and the angle from which you are viewing the object ... but the thing to which the Shadow belongs, does not change. its stays the same no matter where you observe it from ... similarly the object here used to personify character is tree (it can be any object). t
