If you think closely, the option "secretary to a judge, law clerk, lawyer" is the best progression that would increase the capital of a human. This is so because thsi progression is not only consecutive but logical. The other options present people who start in one field and then they go to a different one and then go back to the previous field but now having a higher job. Now the capital can be well structured and the experience can be enhance in the best way possible. That is why the option should be secretary to a judge, law clerk, lawyer.
