    D is the only one that follows conventional grammar rules.

    The rest are wrong because ...

    A - gooder is not a word

    B - you are only comparing 2 things so you would say best, you would say better. The rule is 'good, better, best.' Best is only used to compare multiple things

    C - You already said better so you don't need another adjective, more, to support that
