    The correct answer to the question stated above is obviously letter C. Use this list of URLs to do research for your report.

    URL's and URLs' in sentence A and B respectively, are not used properly too. Both mentioned URLs is expressing possession because of apostrophe s and s apostrophe ('s and s').
