How do I crest a blurb for the book I'm reading. Teacher said to make it creative

You can possible mash small snippets / sentences/phrases/quotes from the book

I'm assuming that when you say "Blurb" your teacher wants you to write a sentence or paragraph about the said book. If so, then I would suggest that you figure out the main idea of the book and write about that.
