What's wrong with this Sentence?

People may disapprove of law, but that doesn't prove they are good or bad

    The use of they is incorrect it should be it, since the law is singular not plural

    I would correct it to be:

    People may disapprove of the law, but that doesn't prove that isn't good or bad,
