Read the spelling pattern rule.

Nouns that end in a consonant + y are made plural by adding - ies. Some examples are babies, ponies, and spies.

    B. pencils becuase it has - ils

    Bullys and pencils because bully's is supposed to be bullies and pencils cannot be spelt like penclys.
