-Service dogs may be allowed if the handler is disabled and falls under the disability act.

-If a person is in possession of a service dog but is not considered in a disabled state. Then that dog must not be allowed in certain places, such as, a school.

*Note - a disabled individual can not be denied access due to having a service dog. Also, a company or individual cannot forcefully charge the disabled person for a service dog, such as, a private handler.
