Why is it important to inflect the questions and answers differently when reading an interview?

It is important because interviews are usually formal, and also if you can figure out how to ask a question that is relevant to the topic and has more than one way to answer than you are doing a good job. Basically ask questions that aren't simple so that you can answer the question with more than one sentence.
