Therefore, Martin Luther King has proven through his speeches his ability to persuade and inspire by being clear on what he wanted to say or the message he is trying to convey. For instance, he has captured the hearts of many Black Americans who were slaves and abused. His words had reached the hearts of ordinary people - illiterate or not. In this, he had impressed his audience from his speeches.
