    The answer is False. Hustle was not created by African-Americans. It was in 1972 that the dance "Hustle", a five step count without any turns, started by the Latinos. It became extremely popular in every Latino House Parties and was later on became known as "Spanish Hustle" and sometimes "Latin Hustle. It was believed that this dance started in South Bronx and was created by Puerto Ricans for house parties and club dances.
