I'd say it was B because each paragraph should have new evidence to support or inform whatever you are writing about. They are subtopics because they are all related to the same original topic.

That is why A is wrong.), middle, middle, middle (All middles should have at least one piece of key information each, plus evidence to prove.) and the conclusion (which is used to wrap up the piece of writing and summarize you thesis or moral in new words.)
