    I am not entirely sure, I checked all over the Internet, and people say it is either A) appetite - because traditionally, the upper class used to be connected with love and such beautiful sentiments, or B) love, because the upper class was above such trivial feelings.

    I know these answers are contradictory, but it is what the Internet says.
