    The war message is all about making clear precisely how high he measured the dangers of the war to be. It is a terrible thing to tip this great nonviolent people into war, into the most awful and catastrophic of all wars, development itself apparent to be in the equilibrium. The way he build his argument is he uses confident and powerful words.
