    The correct answer is the last one.

    The correct format should read: "You must tour the Great Hall," suggested the librarian, "if you enjoy architecture as well as books."

    Note that quotation marks should go around only the words spoken. The narration is not set off by quotation marks. Periods and commas go inside the quotation marks, except for the comma after "librarian." (Note that the comma after "librarian" is not within quotation marks because the word "librarian" is not spoken.)
