What are the eastern religions?

Eastern religions are religions from the far east, which basically means Asia. An example of such religions is Hinduism that comes from India; Taoism or Confucianism that come from China; Shintoism that comes from Japan; Buddhism that can be found in many Asian countries; and there are many more religions, almost impossible to count how many.
