Andrew Jackson is indeed a resilient and perseverant president of the United States. He was the seventh to be elected the leader of the nation. As a child at 13 years old, he was held captive and was known to be mistreated by the British because his parents supported the cause during the revolutionary war. He grew up to become a lawyer despite his childhood and belonged to the U. S. representatives and later run for president. He threatened the use of military force if ever a state attempts to withdraw from the alliance.
