    The answer is true. Plagiarism is when you pass somebody’s work as your own and take the credit for it. You are stealing someone else’s work and you claim it is yours is wrong. It is unethical and many see it as academically dishonest. It destroys relationships because people realize that you’re living off someone else’s hard work. Academic institutions who discover plagiarist often sanction them with academic sanctions such suspension and expulsion. It can also ruin your career in academics since it puts top priority on works that were actually done by you and not someone else.
