The reason you want to make the goals specific is to put less stress on yourself. For example, instead of making a goal "No more junk food." you can instead put down the goal "eat more fruit and veggies." That way it will not deprive you of something you may want in the beginning. Make your goals realistic so that you can achieve them, setting a goal that may not be possible will only discourage you from finishing other goals. The correct answers will be 3 and 4.
