Which characteristic describes the antagonist in a story?

I don't see any options, but the main characteristic that most antagonists have is that they're the problem creators. They create the problem for the protagonist. It's a good vs. evil thing. Batman vs. Joker.

Batman is the protagonist and the Joker is the antagonist.
