What is the correct way to format a long quote?

A) Indent each line ten spaces from the left margin, or one inch on a computer.

B) Do not format the long quotation any differently from a short quotation, even though it may have an additional line or two.

C) Indent the first line by using the "Tab" key. Indent the preceding lines by using the "Tab" key twice. This shows that the quote is different.

D) Indent only the first line ten spaces from the left, or one inch on a computer.
