If a journalist has to cut some information from article where's the best place to cut the article

I think the best place to cut some information out of an article would be to take some from the ending of the article. The middle part is too important, that is where your big thoughts go. The beginning only tells what the article will be about as well as used to draw the person in to the article. The ending is the part where the journalist wraps it all up.
