How can I discuss the star spangled banner in terms of poetry

What do you mean by discuss in terms of poetry? Do you need to explain why it's poetry, if so then you can say it's poetry because it's a song, because it has a rhyming format, and/or because it follows a formal or format and that's why it's consider poetry.
