In paragraph 10 the writer uses the phrase "par excellence". Explain the meaning of this term in the context of the article and what dyble is implying by it

    Par excellence is a French expression meaning being the best of its kind. So I believe the writer who used that word had this sort of meaning in mind when he wrote it.
