Two ways in which corruption impacts on an individuals attempts to secure employment in SA

Corruption is stealing of funds that are not supposedly owned by the stealer. In most cases, it mostly happening in institutions and organizations. Corruption impacts on employment through (1) hindering the proper allocation of funds to employment and (2) people in poverty will not have the means to invest in their won careers.
