What alcohol impairs first is your motor skills. When motor skills are impaired, this is when you experience slurred speech when you are drunk. And then followed by your hearing, reaction time and judgment. Alcohol can interfere with the normal activities of the brain; thus results to impairment of the motor skills, judgment, reaction and other senses.
