    I think it is true because if he or she is a good listener they will not interupt the speaker in his or her speech

    It is true because if you're a good listener you will never interrupt, you'll collect information as they speak and respond with movements rather than with speaking while they are. A good listener will speak after the speaker has spoken so that they have gathered everything the speaker has said.
