Which is an equation of a circle with center (-5, - 7) and radius 6?

(x + 5) 2 + (y + 7) 2 = 6

(x + 7) 2 + (y + 5) 2 = 36

(x + 5) 2 + (y + 7) 2 = 36

I would say (x+5) 2 + (y+7) 2=36. - 5,-7 is the center so in the equation the signs are going to be switched to positive and the radius is always squared when talking about the equaiton of a circle.
