Why does paris think romeo has come to the tomb?

Paris thinks that Romeo has come to the tomb to do criminal / bad things. Paris's perspective on Romeo is that he is a murderer since he killed Tybalt, and he believes that Romeo has come to do another negative act of his behavior.

Because someone had called and told paris that romeo was at tomb.
