Immediacy is being pertained to an action of having to feel excitement or having the feeling of being urgent because of a particular event or happening. This also means that involvement or closeness of the person or things. The excerpt above had shown the example of immediacy because the excerpt above had shown the relationship of the person telling the story and the person who had acted. Where both of the character in the excerpt has shown the a close relationship that they acquire in which this pertains an immediacy characteristic that would explain why the excerpt had been an example of immediacy.
