You'd probably feel lost. And also quite confused. You wouldn't know how to communicate with people, you'd have to resort to using body language.

Lonely and lost. Most people are friendly and by trying some kind of sign language you will manage. If you are in another country and don't know the language, buy a dictionary, that will get you far. The longer you stay in the country, you will soon find out that you can communicate with people. I've experienced that and I learned a lot. It was a nice experience!
