Why were those on board the Titanic not apprehensive about the possible danger?

    Titanic passengers had been told by the White Star Line that the ship was unsinkable, when in reality that was a lie.

    Keep in mind that the Titanic was the largest cruiser in 1912. People really didn't think of danger as much as luxury.
