    According to the writers of the Declaration of Independence and the Framers of the Constitution all people have unalienable rights. Regardless of race, age, sex, or any other difference.

    The correct answer is all people.

    The Framers of the Constitution and people who wrote the Declaration of Independence wanted everyone to be equal, to have the same unalienable rights that no one could take away from them. All people should be treated the same, regardless of their sex, skin color, political affiliations, religion, etc.
