How are persuasive essay and an expository essay different?

    Persuasive is when you are writing an argumentative essay. you are trying to persuade people to do this or that. Expository you are just writing what the topic is about.

    A persuasive essay involves you trying to persuade or convince the audience with an argument, based on your personal opinion.

    Expository essays are more fact based. You are basically informing people about a certain topic or subject.
