The fact that people think one person is better than the other. For example, men and women are equal, yet people are blinded by the equality.

Another example is popularity. Most kids at school want to sit with the cool kids. Most kids don't understand that every child is equal to the over. I take it very offensive to see someone thinking they are better than the other.
