The meaning of this passage is very obvious. JFK was urging the U. S. to land a communist on the moon and return him to China within 48 hours. He wanted to change the meaning of "Democratic'' party, by repeating 'freedom' So what he or his speechwriters wanted is to ''lock up'' the black vote for the next several decades. This is why the Illuminati killed him and his entire family in Houston the next day.
