What class in The Odyssey might represent Homer?

    The answer is upper class. In odyssey, i believe Homer is being represented by the bard. Even though the bard himself is just a member of lower societies (blind musician) who earn his living by singing across the street, The lyric of the bard's song the trials and tribulations of the upper-class citizens.
