Why might a local news broadcast be less reliable than a newspaper article written the next day about the same event?

A. Its tone would be subjective.

B. Its information would not yet be complete.

C. It would not have immediate access to the event.

D. Its content would be prewritten.

(I think it's d but I'm not sure)
