    A symbol that could be analyse is Leartes' shroud. It is Penelope who weaves it for Leartes 8 his father-in-law) at his funeral might symbolize the way in which she confronted his suitors. as she was not able to fight them psychically because of her strength, she kept the away with her wits. She was devoted to the shroud for some years and she promised to find a husband when she finished-
