    I believe the best strategy for increasing comprehension is to A. paraphrase what you read.

    If you read something, and you are able to paraphrase it, it means that you understand a lot of that text. Paraphrasing means retelling the text using your own words. So, you are going to state the main idea, and thus show your comprehension of the text.
