Leaders should demonstrate ethical conduct, because they are role models to a multitude of individuals. Additionally, demonstrating ethical conduct could morph the actions of someone whom has poor behavior, because they may be inspired by this leader. This leader should be sure to abide by the rules set, and he considerate to the feelings of other individuals.
