    D. We need to appreciate every moment of our lives.

The poem starts of with the speaker describing the cherry trees in bloom. The cherry trees blooming mark another year in his life having passed. He talks about how he's 20 and probably will only live until 70 so he has only 50 more years to live. The poem ends with him taking the time to look at the cherry blossoms. He does this because he wants to appreciate them since he'll only be able to see them 50 more times. The answer is D because he's appreciating the specific moment of his life. The poem is not about the blossoms being ruined by snow or about beauty in comparison to youth. It's about enjoyed the moment because you'll only have so many of them.
