Decide which structure is being used in the paragraph.

Hurricanes are swirling, powerful rain storms that form over oceans and do not stay still. The howling winds have the power to knock down trees, flip vehicles, and even destroy homes and buildings. The strong winds can cause huge waves to crash onto the shoreline, breaking bridges and destroying beaches. With all of the rain that a hurricane brings, streets and homes often suffer tremendous floods. Sadly, some hurricanes can be so destructive that they may even result in human deaths.
