    Persuasion requires an argument, which is definitely supposed to have accurate evidence. An example of this is a debate or the ongoing argument for or against abortion, where hardcore facts are used to support the other side.

    Propaganda is the answer. An example of this is a presidential debate, when one person uses the mud-ball tactic on another. The truth is often distorted to get the viewers to agree with the candidate.
