Franklin did not have the same view of Native Americans compared to Rowlandson's. Franklin was not accepting of them and aimed to increase warfare against them. Native Americans were seen as a problem in Franklin's eyes. Rowlandson was accepting of the Native americans. She aimed to increase peace with them. She also wrote about the compassion that they have.
