The only choice that seems correct is "reflective" because he said he "shall be telling" it and he speaks in the past tense as if he is reflecting. When he said, "And that has made all the difference" he is reflecting on the fact that it

made a difference.

I believe it is lonely because one of the line says "I took the one less traveled by," and I can see it sounds like the narrator is feeling lonely.
