D: The speaker of "Since Hanna Moved Away" says "Nothing's fun to laugh about, nothing's fun to play".

The entirety of the poem lists things that are bad or terrible or going wrong in her life. The speaker makes the statement nothing's fun to laugh at/nothing's fun to play in the last stanza of the poem to illustrate how terrible her life is and everything in it since her friend is gone. Literally ALL the things she used to love are now sad to her because she misses her friend.
