The answer to this question is the letter "C" which is "George refers to the year 2081 as the dark ages because people are unable to use their talents". The year 2081 when everybody is equal and all can express themselves freely, it would not be that pleasant more arguments will arise. Nobody was stronger and smarter than the other, nobody will listen since the are thinking that they are all equal.
