B. The child had been born and raised inside of the prison, so wasn't used to the bright, natural daylight.

In the excerpt the baby is turning away from the bright sun. It also says that the baby was only used to a dungeon or a dark apartment in the prison. Nowhere in the excerpt is the baby called a demon. Also the baby is not too young to respond to the daylight, and actually, the baby does respond to the daylight when she turns her head away. The excerpt also does not contain any information about a crowd.
