A 10 kg Boulder is lifted to a height of 2m. what is its potential energy?

    The equation is potential energy = mgh where m is mass in grams, g is the strength of gravity, which is 9.8 m/s on earth, and h is height in meters, so the equation is PE=10 kg*9.8m/s*2m which equals 196 joules, because joules is the unit of energy
